“We spent a lot of time researching options to purchase, and even considered some foreclosed properties, but nothing worked out. We were working hard – and prayed just as hard – for answers,” said Kathy. Then a friend from their daughter’s school mentioned the Homes Within Reach (HWR) program as a possible solution.
Along the way, HWR gathered a team of experts to help Kathy and her family make steady progress toward their goal of homeownership. “I’m the classic worrying mother, but the HWR staff, US Bank and the City of Minnetonka made the whole process simple and straightforward,” said Kathy. “I tell everyone how honest and professional these good people are, and as a result another family found a HWR home last year.”
